We have the best jobs in the world!! We get to drive around the scenic communities of the Beaches of South Walton, which has 26 miles of pristine coastline, and assist people in choosing the right vacation home or investment property.

Scenic Highway 30-A is the 2-lane beach road along the "World’s Most Beautiful Beaches". When traveling along this road, one is struck by the quiet and peaceful setting. Instead of high rises, theme parks, and fast food restaurants, you find beach cottages with native landscapes, world class restaurants, eclectic shops, and state parks and nature preserves.

Take a stroll along the white beaches, build a sand castle, ride a bike along the paved bike path, play a round of golf or hit some tennis balls. The activities that revolve around the gulf are the most obvious, floating, swimming, and snorkeling, but you can also rent a kayak or YOLO board to explore the gulf or one of the rare fresh water dune lakes. Enjoy an afternoon browsing the local art galleries and markets. For those who crave more activity, such as outlet shopping, deep sea fishing, or go carts, Destin and Panama City Beach are just a short drive away.

Keen and I discovered this magical area in the early 90’s while living in Atlanta.  Though we have made our home on 30-A and concentrate on properties in South Walton, we assist buyers who are interested in purchasing from the Destin bridge to Panama City Beach.
